A Sheltered Life | A Sheltered Life 2012

With our recent exposure to the problems in Colombia, we wanted to do something, but were unsure as to what. After hours, days, and weeks of brainstorming, Mike brought up the idea of a wine-paired dinner. With Mike being in the wine industry, it just made sense.

The event was put together relatively quickly (atleast from our perspective), and with careful preparation, the night was a huge success. We set a goal of $100,000 and surpassed our goal to reach $115,000. More importantly to us, the event was a wonderful success. We were able to raise awareness for the issues down in Colombia, and we were able to give the attendees a wonderful evening out.
